The leader in global cash management, logistics and security solutions, Brink’s recently announced the acquisition of Rodoban, a Brazilian cash-in-transit, money processing and ATM service provider. The company is based in the state of Minas Gerais and mostly serves the country’s southeastern regions.

The deal will be sealed for $145 million. “The Rodoban acquisition is another demonstration of our commitment to accelerating profitable growth by making acquisitions in core businesses in existing markets,” states Brink’s CEO and president Doug Pertz.

Since March 2017, Brink’s has already made seven acquisitions, including Rodoban, in a strategy to expand their reach and improve the company’s cost-effectiveness.
