More apps is growing but it is currently evolving in parallel to other payment methods including cash and cards. In fact, both Sharon and Adam agree that cash is here to stay and that its strongholds will most certainly revolve around overseas travel, around its reliability and the feeling of security and control. However, the progress in mobile phone and app technologies will most definitely bring some interesting changes in the coming years.
