According to Australian journalist Frank Chung, it is almost feasible to get by without cash, using mobile payments and a range of apps for food deliveries, shopping, and transportation.

However, he discovers that this lifetsyle comes with a number of drawbacks: it is expensive; it makes you incredibly lazy; most importantly, it restricts your privacy.
